The latest collapse though partial is the fourth time in less than two weeks.Recall that at the weekend the grid collapsed for the third time in a week.Reacting to the incessant national grid collapse and its impact on Nigeria’s economy, Olubiyo asked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to declare an emergency on the power sector.
